You must have access to Zoom on your computer, I-pad, tablet or smart phone to participate in this class. A private Zoom link will be sent out prior to the start of classes. Not familiar with Zoom? That's ok! We will have a training meeting, Session 0, to show you how to log in and use Zoom for your class. This will take place on Wednesday February 28th at 9:00 am. A Zoom link will be sent out prior to this date.

If your goal is to improve strength, balance, and fitness to stay active, then SAIL may just be the right fit for you. Join this great fitness class for a little fun with purpose. Registered participants will receive a welcome letter from the instructor near the end of December. The link to join weekly classes will be shared in the letter. An information session will also be offered in case the SAIL class is new to you, the information session is a great opportunity to learn how to set up your space, what equipment you'll need, and to ask any questions you have for the instructor.
