This class is designed to reduce the risk of falling by teaching participants how to perform exercises that improve strength, balance and fitness. Dress comfortably, wear shoes and bring water. Optional equipment wrist/ankle weights or hand held weights, 9 inch ball, water, and a sturdy chair. Come join instructor, Gail Johnson, for a fun class with purpose.
