Performing exercises that improve strength, balance and fitness is the single most important activity adults can do to stay active and reduce their chances of falling. The entire curriculum of activities in the Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) program can help improve strength and balance, if done regularly.
Sessions are Mondays and Thursday from 10:30-12:00. ElderCircle SAIL is ongoing, participants may register at anytime.

If your goal is to improve strength, balance, and fitness to stay active, then SAIL may just be the right fit for you. Join this great fitness class for a little fun with purpose. Registered participants will receive a welcome letter from the instructor near the end of September. The link to join weekly classes will be shared in the letter. An information session will also be offered in case the SAIL class is new to you, the information session is a great opportunity to learn how to set up your space, what equipment you'll need, and to ask any questions you have for the instructor.
