Living Well With Chronic Pain
Chronic Pain Self-Management is a group class designed to help participants live a healthy life with chronic pain by managing their symptoms. This program teaches new strategies that will give participants the confidence, motivation, and skills needed to manage living with chronic pain. Classes are highly participative, where mutual support and success build the participants' confidence in their ability to manage their health and maintain active and fulfilling lives.

To MOB Parking Lot – From the south, pass Buffalo Hospital & the Allina Health Clinic and turn right on Anderson Avenue (Stellis Health formerly Buffalo Clinic sign on the corner). From the north, turn left on Anderson Avenue. Take an immediate right

into the Stellis Health Clinic parking lot, go down the hill to the small lot at the front of the building (Lot B). Enter through the lower level Medical Office Building entrance (double glass doors – Entrance B). The wood door straight ahead will be the entrance to the Buffalo Hospital Administration/Conference Center and the conference room is on the right hand side of the hallway.
